Born in 1996 in Paris and a 2023 graduate of ENSAV La Cambre, Mahaut Rey is a figurative painter. Their work stages characters in metaphorical and symbolic contexts rooted in autobiography. These figures navigate inner and virtual worlds, reflecting personal experiences and exploring their connection to others.
In 2023, they held their first solo show, *Les Rives*, at La Corvée. In 2024, they presented a second solo exhibition at Ojala.
